Model on a Striped Rug

Whenever I paint the figure, I always think, "Why don't I do this more often?" Trying to hold together all these notes and chords of color and line is nerve-wracking and exhilarating--and as close as I'll ever get to my fantasy of being the girl singer in a rock band.
